Because we do not receive personal data from App use, we do not use such data for any purpose—including analytics, advertising, marketing, personalization, product improvement on our side, or sharing.

Local “RECORDING BENEFITS” entries are used solely by the individual user for their private reference.

We do not share user data generated by the App with any third parties because we do not receive or have access to it.

Any third-party SDKs or code (if present in future versions) will be disclosed, and we confirm that any such party with access to user data (in compliance with these Guidelines) will provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy and required by Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines. Currently, the App is structured so that no such sharing occurs.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Because no personal data from App use is transmitted to or retained by us, there is no server-side retention by developers, administrators, or owners.
  • Local records in the “RECORDING BENEFITS” section remain under the user’s exclusive control on their device. Users may delete these records at any time through the App’s interface or by deleting the App / clearing App data via device settings.
  • Users may revoke any device permissions granted to the App at any time through their device’s system Settings.

  1. User Consent, Access, and Control

  • The App does not require creation of an account or provision of personal information to function.
  • Users control their local recordings and can delete them or the App at will.
  • If any consent is requested for device features, it is for on-device functionality only and can be withdrawn via device settings. Paid or core functionality is not conditioned on granting unnecessary data access.
