Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 2 weeks of delivery for a full credit, other than our “Liquid Dentist” product that is hand-crafted and has a limited flavorful shelf life because of the organic ingredients and pure essential oils therein. (So if you ordered Liquid Dentist properly, gift it to a friend if you don’t want to use it.)

In each case of “customer error,” those making the error(s) are responsible for the extra shipping cost if required. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item that you did not order).

Any of our store credits are good for 1 year. You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes fulfillment center to process our request (5 to 10 business days).

You must notify us in writing and supply the Order number and tracking number to process the return credit. Please email with all returns within 30 days from date of purchase and or questions. Alternately call Toll-Free 888-449-4846.

PLEASE NOTE: Please take your time in filling out your orders online so that no mistakes are made. The administrative burden on us that we must endure to research your case, tracking information, and secure your satisfaction is damaging and sometimes distressing. We are not a large company, like Amazon, that may be able to ship more promptly,  but limits your correspondence and remedies to AI and robot administrators. We are real people, with busy and productive schedules, working to inform and serve people. So burdens caused by mistakes not only inconveniences and damages us, but  others we work to serve.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the USPS shipping label you choose, shipping costs and date estimates appear on your order form and tracking information.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item may be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of USPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
